Autumn is a time of transition, probably more so this year than ever. The days are getting shorter, most of the year is behind us, and we may catch ourselves wondering (and daring to dream) about what lies ahead.
Join wellbeing professionals Jo and Pen for a fun and relaxed day of yoga, meditation, journalling and positive psychology. A chance to pause, take stock and gain clarity.
After a day of movement, reflection, and conversation, you'll leave feeling confident and energised with a bespoke plan of action to 'find your happy' (and keep it!).
