Service Description

Light a spark and shine on through the day with a 30 minute morning yoga class followed by an optional meditation session.

Cancellation Policy

Individual class bookings are non-refundable. Retreat bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice will receive a 50% refund. 25% of the booking fee can be applied to a future retreat.
